The Say No TO DRUGS ABUSE CAMPAIGN continues with Tendo’s Foundation visiting schools in the southwest, Northwest, Littoral and Center regions of Cameroon preaching against drug abuse. Sensitizing the students on the dangers of drug abuse to their health, mentally especially to their education . We are to visit all the 10 regions of Cameroon and beyond.
On the 18th of September 2023, Tendo’s Foundation organized a special event called the #notodrugs Football Match. The aim was to raise awareness about the dangers of #drugaddiction and promote a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. However, amidst the excitement and enthusiasm of the spectators, an unfortunate incident occurred when a spectator, identified as a drug addict, experienced a seizure during the match. This incident shed light on the harsh reality and challenges faced by individuals battling addiction, even in the midst of positive initiatives.
The individual, whose identity remains anonymous, was immediately attended to by our team present at the event.
The young guy is under going medical treatment and there is a-lot of improvement
